Great spacious caravan with good layout, you could easily cook a Xmas dinner in that kitchen way better than we were expecting. Showers are decent size, plenty of crockery, has dishwasher, washing machine , dryer, good size fridge and freezer

Had great weather but that meant the caravan was a bit too hot at night - can’t have everything!

Spacious, modern, mostly clean and tidy, lovely position. Boathouse cafe bar food very nice, bingo good, seems mainly for kids and young families.

Soft lumpy mattress, drain smell, shower bottoms need a good clean, pink mould. Hard to find in the dark. Rats running around at night under caravans put us off - but it is understandable, they are everywhere. No beach access, cliffs and erosion
